The extendable design dinner, a practical 24″ FULL HD LED TV and the precious parquet makes all the environments cosy and charming, amazingly bright and perfectly furnished.
The living room is provided of a new latest generation sofa bed, convertible into a really comfortable queen size bed (65 x 80 inch) with a thick orthopaedic mattress (7 inch) in “Memory Foam”, comfortable as or more than a traditional bed!
From living room you can have access to the two delightful balconies and through an outdoor table and chairs you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner inside the Modica’s city with the mountains view!
Balconies
The two graceful balconies are accesible both the living room as the bedroom.
With a pretty table and chairs you can enjoy outside breakfast, lunch or dinner, on Modica’s roofs!
You will enjoy a wonderful sight of Monserrato mountain and the Modica’s center.
Both balconies floors are paved by hand-painted Caltagirone majolica tiles.
Kitchen
This lovely kitchen is full equipped with pots/pans and the best electrical household appliances: 4 burners stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, italian coffeepots, american coffee maker, microwave.
In front of dining table you will find a practical HD TV.
The delicate wire system alogens complete the furnishgs of this kitchen.
The apartment is also provided of iron and ironing board, clothes-horse and vacuum cleaner.
Bedroom
This romantic bedroom is finely furnished with a delicate wallpaper matched to the armchair and the pouf, with a latest 32″ FULL HD LED TV.
It is provided with a queen size bed (65 x 80 inch) with pillows in “Memory Foam” and a very comfortable orthopaedic mattress as well in “Memory Foam”
The wide closet is handmade in solid wood by local artisans.
Going down 3 steps you can reach the two balconies to enjoy a wonderful sight of Modica’s center.
Bathroom
Made entirely of a special “Porcelain stoneware”, the bathroom is equipped with modern furniture, a design heated towel and hair dryer.
The large cabin shower, made in porcelain stoneware mosaic, has a big bright stainless steel shower head to take a relaxing bath.
